We made up of students who take the Bachelor of Science (Hons) Tourism and Hospitality Management Polytechnic Ibrahim Sultan. The purpose of this blog build is to intended to meet the requirements of one of the subjects we've learned that BTT 2033 Basic Kitchen Operation which has given guidance by the lecturer Ms Hanis Atikah Binti Hashim. Our group consisted of 4 members of the group. We hope food blog that we have prepared in some way help people.
Among our syllabus has been given guidance by the lecturer is composed of:

- FISH & SHELLFISH
- SOUP
- RICE
- PASTA
- BREAKFAST
In addition we have also been exposed to how to prepare dishes using the correct ways regimen and proper potion
