Black Pepper sauce

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

1. Heat the butter in a sauce pan
2. Add the garlic, saute until an aroma is released
3. Add crushed pepper corn and saute for a few minute
4. Add the demi glace, simmer for 10 minute
5. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste
